Where is our 10 cents off per gallon?

Today, August 14, 2008 we went to the Safeway gas station on S. Greeley Hwy. in Cheyenne, WY. The cashier told us she could not figure out how to give us our 10 cents off per gallon. She said she could not find the transaction or the receipt when we asked her for it. It should have been $72.00 with 3 cents off, but your company took $75.00 out of our account. We have no receipt and we did not get our 10 cents off per gallon. We are owed 3.00 from you plus 2.00 because we never got our discount. Of course the cashier said she could not even give us a receipt. This is needed for our business expense as we are commuting to Denver every day. Our company reimburses us, but once again, no receipt and no 10 cent discount. We live three blocks from the Safeway on Converse Rd. and spend hundreds at your store, but alas we are currently not happy with Safeway. It would be at least nice if we could procure our receipt so our company can use it for tax purpose. Thank you,
